Check-in

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM unless you have chosen an early check-in. We ask you and/or your guest(s) to present a valid ID at check-in. All hotel guests must be 18 years or older at check-in. Children under 18 must stay under parental supervision.

Guarantee

The reservation is guaranteed until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 6:00 PM, please contact the hotel reception.

Deposit

For suites and apartments, we require a cash deposit of €200 upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure if everything is in order.

Food & Drinks

Restaurant Ouwen Dok is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For a snack and drink, you can visit our cozy Bar Bernard. For more information about opening hours, menus, and making a reservation, please find here.

Parking

Easily and closely park your car in the paid Parking Keerdok (Indigo). In addition to 516 parking spaces, there are also several charging points and fast-charging points available. Via the bicycle and pedestrian bridge, you are at Van der Valk Hotel Mechelen within 2 minutes. 24 hours parking: €12.50

Recently, we also have some own parking spaces in the underground parking of the new building across the street. The entrance is right next to the hotel (accessible via the Armand Becquetbrug) and the parking operates with number plate recognition. Request a parking space in advance via our reception and provide your number plate in time. Rate per day: €15.n de ondergrondse parking van het nieuwe gebouw aan de overkant. De inrit ligt vlak naast het hotel (bereikbaar via de Armand Becquetbrug) en de parking werkt met nummerplaatherkenning. Vraag op voorhand een parkeerplaats aan via onze receptie en geef je nummerplaat tijdig door. Tarief per dag: €15.
