Reservation information

Check-in

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM unless you have opted for an early check-in. We kindly request you and/or your guest(s) to show a valid ID at check-in. All hotel guests must be 18 years or older at check-in. Children under 18 years old must stay under parental supervision.

Guarantee

We will hold the reservation guaranteed until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 6:00 PM, please contact the hotel reception.

Deposit

For suites and apartments, we ask for a cash deposit of €200 upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure if everything is in order.

Food & Drinks

Restaurant Ouwen Dok is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For a snack and a drink, you can visit our cozy Bar Bernard. More information about opening hours, menus, and making a reservation can be found here.

Parking

Easily park your car close by in the paid Parking Keerdok (Indigo). In addition to 516 parking spaces, there are also various charging points and fast charging points available.
