For large wedding parties, our beautiful Rubens Hall offers the ideal setting, with seating for 140 guests during a seated dinner. Are you dreaming of an even bigger party? That’s possible too! Thanks to our modular event spaces, we can organize a seated dinner for up to 280 guests.

As an outdoor venue, we have our beautiful Patio with ornamental pond, the ideal place for a reception during the summer months. We also have a special setting for the ceremony. In hall Petrus, the windows can be completely opened, allowing you to look out over the Patio and enjoy a wonderful open feeling, as if you were sitting outside.

For your wedding party, we offer several culinary options. Choose a refined multi-course dinner at the table, an extensive buffet, or a barbecue. A standing dinner is also an option. As a sweet finale, we serve our famous dessert buffet. And for those who get a little hungry during the party, we provide, of course, delicious midnight snacks.

Of course! We ask to be informed of dietary preferences, intolerances, and allergies at least two weeks in advance, so we can take them into account in time.

To be sure of your desired date, we recommend booking as early as possible. Most weddings with us are booked about 12 months in advance. Planning to get married on shorter notice? Be sure to contact us to check availability. Even during the summer months, we sometimes still have availability.

Of course, you are free to choose your own suppliers, from a DJ, band, or photographer to decorations and a wedding cake from your favorite bakery. This way, you can tailor your wedding entirely to your wishes. If you don't have any suppliers in mind yet, we are happy to help with suggestions and contacts.

Absolutely! In Parking Keerdok, right next to the hotel, there are no fewer than 516 parking spaces and more than 20 charging points for electric cars. Additionally, the hotel has its own private parking with more than 50 parking spaces and several charging points for electric cars. As this parking operates with license plate recognition, it is necessary to reserve the parking spaces in advance.
