Up to 30 people
At Van der Valk Hotel Mechelen, groups are warmly welcome. In restaurant Ouwen Dok, we host, under certain conditions, groups of up to 30 people for a cozy and well-cared-for dinner.
Are you booking with a group larger than 10 people? Then we ask you to provide your menu selection and any allergies or intolerances in advance. This enables us to prepare your dinner smoothly and perfectly. Our chef compiles a new menu several times a year with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

With more than 30 people
Welcome to Van der Valk Hotel Mechelen, where enjoyment, conviviality and culinary delight are central. For large groups, we offer various options, tailored to your wishes.
From 30 people, you can choose from two culinary formulas: a standing dinner with a selection of refined dishes or a seated dinner in a separate room, with a choice of a 3- to 6-course menu.
Up to 40 people, each guest can choose between a fish, meat, or vegetarian menu. Above 40 people, we work with a fixed menu for the entire group, of course taking into account vegetarian and other dietary preferences.
